Effective Date: December 18, 2025. Welcome to InboxMarket.co. These Terms of Service govern your use of our marketplace.
By accessing or using the InboxMarket.co platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
InboxMarket.co is a B2B marketplace that connects businesses seeking to advertise ("Advertisers") with independent newsletter owners ("Publishers"). We act as a neutral facilitator for these partnerships.
We do not send emails, process subscriber data, or act as an agent for either party.
To use our Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
As a Publisher, you warrant that you have obtained all necessary rights and consents to send commercial emails to your subscribers and that your practices are compliant with all applicable laws, including GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and PECR. You are solely responsible for the content of your newsletter and your relationship with your subscribers.
As an Advertiser, you agree that you are purchasing a sponsorship slot and not subscriber data. You will provide the Publisher with the necessary content for the sponsorship, but you will not have any direct contact with or access to the Publisher's subscriber list through our platform.
All transactions are processed through a secure third-party payment processor. By booking a sponsorship, you agree to pay the listed price. All payments are final and non-refundable except as required by law.
Our Service is provided "as is." InboxMarket.co and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is based, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
